On Oct. 11, Allegiance Retail Services LLC held a grand opening of Green Way Markets on 20 North Salem Road in Cross River, Westchester County, New York. Owned and operated by the Estevez family, this is the newest banner for the Iselin, New Jersey-based cooperative.

Green Way Markets provides a curated selection of prepared foods, produce, deli and fresh meats including Rancher’s Legend brand beef. The store also offers a large variety of domestic and imported cheeses, fresh baked breads and a wide selection of natural and organic items. Hundreds of private label Green Way products are available throughout the store. Customers can relax in the seating area while enjoying services, like a made to order burger from the store’s burger bar and a cold craft or IPA beer. Shoppers soon will be able to order their groceries online and have them delivered directly to their homes.

“We are looking forward to serving the consumer of northern Westchester County with all of the new features and services Green Way Markets has to offer,” said John T. Derderian, president and COO of Allegiance. “I would like to congratulate the entire Estevez family on the opening of their newest store.”
