Barons Market celebrated the grand opening of its store in Menifee, California. The Menifee location is Barons Market’s eighth store.
“Our Menifee store embodies the family-oriented spirit of this community,” said Rachel Shemirani, SVP of Barons Market. “Our new employees are as excited to welcome their neighbors into the store as we are.”
The Menifee store opening comes after a few years of speaking with residents to understand what the quickly growing community needs to thrive. Barons hired 40 Menifee residents in its job fair held in early spring.
“For the past few months, we’ve been preparing the Menifee store to open its doors to our new community,” said Pam Canham, Barons Market Menifee’s store manager. “We’re ready to show our neighbors some of our favorite elements to our store such as the new hot food bar and fresh, local produce.”
The grand opening was May 17-18 at the new 18,000-s.f. store at 29787 Antelope Road in Menifee. A ribbon-cutting on May 17 started the celebration. 
Throughout both days, customers sampled food, enjoyed live music and family fun, and took photos for a chance to win a gift card.
