Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly will host a grand reopening of its newly remodeled Jackson, Wisconsin, store on Eagle Drive on Wednesday. The public is invited to join the company at 3 p.m. for its first-ever sausage-cutting ceremony. With the notoriety and popularity of grocer’s award-winning brats, the grocer says a string of fresh bratwurst will be cut instead of a traditional ribbon.

The Fox Bros. Jackson store has been expanded by 2,500 s.f. and is remodeled to look like a new store. Some of the new features include a fresh salad bar, hot soup station and a chicken wing bar. A service specialty meat case and a fresh seafood case also have been added to enhance the customer shopping experience, according to Fox Bros., which operates seven stores in Wisconsin. In addition, customers will notice expanded produce, bakery, deli and liquor departments, the company says.
