Gulf Oil has announced the company’s new leadership team following its acquisition, as well as that of Pyramid Petroleum Terminals (PPT), formerly PPC, by ArcLight Capital Partners. The House Appropriations Committee has favorably reported a bill that would provide $21.3 billion in discretionary spending for the Agriculture Department, the Food and Drug Administration and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
