7-Eleven is bringing back its Zero Franchise Fee initiative as an ongoing program to offer a low-cost investment opportunity for both proven business owners and would-be entrepreneurs .7-Eleven will waive the franchise fee on a select number of its U.S. stores available for franchising, a savings of up to $80,000. Last year, the Zero Franchise Fee initiative allowed 100 people to become new 7-Eleven store owners or multiple store owners. QuickChek has announced that customers can now place food orders in advance through their smartphones. They can order breakfast menu items, salads and custom-made subs through the QuickChek mobile app. Orders can be picked up at any of the fresh convenience market chain’s 142 locations in New Jersey, New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island. Orders may be placed between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., and customers can select their desired pickup time. The app gives access to coupons, deal alerts, lottery results and gas prices, and customers also can find the nearest F.L. Roberts locations. Members of the F.L. Roberts customer rewards program can also keep track of points and recent transactions and find a list of available redemptions and promotions.
