Key Food Stores of Staten Island, New York, a supermarket co-operative with 217 primarily member-owned and corporate grocery stores, has acquired “The Food Emporium” banner name and related intellectual property assets from A&P.

Currently, Key Food has four stores operating under The Food Emporium banner in New York.
