Bradshaw International, a leading housewares supplier, has reached an agreement to purchase SHYE/LHS Inc., a Fullerton, California-based maker of food storage containers, lunch boxes and tabletop products, HomeWorld Business reports.

Started in 2000 by founders Leonard Stamper and Brian Sykes, SHYE Inc. has evolved into a branded and private label business selling across all trade channels.

“Leonard and Brian have built a great business by listening to their customers and creatively carving out a niche in the food storage and lunch-on-the-go market. We have been wanting to expand into these fast-growing categories for some time now and are thrilled to have them on the team and leading the food storage charge,” said Brett Bradshaw, president of Bradshaw International. “This new business will add to our capabilities and allow us to bring more products and brands to our retail partners.”

Added Brian Sykes, SHYE co-founder, “We are extremely excited about this opportunity. We’re looking forward to joining the Bradshaw team and building on what we’ve started as a major player in the food storage market.”

SHYE products and personnel is transitioning into Bradshaw’s facilities in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
