Lipari Foods has promoted Spiro Liras to VP of manufacturing, according to the company’s president and CEO, Thom Lipari.
Liras joined JLM Manufacturing, a division of Lipari Foods, in 2009 as the director of manufacturing when the facility was exclusively confections packaging. JLM has since expanded its operational space multiple times, along with several acquisition assists from Lipari over the last six years, including Total Marketing, Pic-A-Nut and Eastside Deli Supply Manufacturing.
In his new role, Liras remains the key leader at JLM. Liras will work with Lipari’s SVP of operations, John Heathfield, along with the entire senior management team at the Warren, Michigan-based Lipari Foods to continue the growth and success of JLM.
Originally from Geneseo, Illinois, Liras resides in suburban Detroit and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children.
