Grocery Pickup Cincinnati To Launch Nov. 16 With Kroger

Last updated on June 13th, 2024 at 11:47 am

Grocery Pickup Cincinnati is set to launch on Nov. 16, pairing with the Kroger online shopping and curbside pick-up service to provide customers with pick up and home delivery of their orders.

“After the announcement by Kroger that they were testing online grocery shopping, order fulfillment, and curbside pick up, we decided to hire a polling firm to gauge the interest of Cincinnati grocery shoppers in such a program,” said Ray Whitmer, CEO. “We found the interest was nearly unanimous. The report further revealed that most wished there was also home delivery available. That’s when we decided to launch Grocery Pickup Cincinnati.”

Grocery Pickup Cincinnati will first offer its grocery order pick up and home delivery service exclusively to Kroger customers in Cincinnati zip codes 45174, 45208, 45236, 45243 and 45242, with plans to go citywide by mid 2016.

Grocery Pickup Cincinnati is a subsidiary of privately owned Uber Grocery Delivery, also based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
