Cumberland Farms is giving away one year of free gas to loyal customer Kenneth Hobart of Wilmington, Massachusetts. Hobart recently was fueling up his tank at the Cumberland Farms store in Wilmington when the brand hit a major milestone of $1 billion of gas purchased through its SmartPay Check-Link program earlier this month. Herr’s of Nottingham, Pennsylvania, is partnering with the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.” The company is filling store shelves with its limited edition, ribbon-shaped Whole Grain Pretzels with Flax Seed & Honey in a specially designed pink bag in support of breast cancer awareness. For every bag sold, Herr’s will make a 5-cent donation to “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.”
