While she always aimed high, Tanya Domier never really set her sights on being a CEO.
“I never grew up or even went through the business feeling like I needed to be number 1 in the organization,” she says.
Today, however, Domier leads Advantage Sales & Marketing as its CEO. And there’s plenty of reasons why she’s ascended to the top spot and why she is The Shelby Report of the West’s 2015 Woman Executive of the Year.
“The most gratifying thing about being number 1 in an organization is being able to shape the careers and chart the course for the future, so you can help shape the careers of young people,” she says.
