Last updated on June 14th, 2024 at 10:29 am

RedLine Solutions, a leader in produce traceability and inventory solutions, will host the second part of its “Traceability For Dummies” webinar series titled “The New Era of Traceability Part 2: The Produce Traceability Model” at 2 p.m. (ET) Feb. 25.

The webinar will focus on the accelerating evolution of produce traceability, including how automated traceability systems can safeguard consumers, protect businesses and meet federal requirements. It also will help businesses gain a deeper understanding of FSMA and retailers’ traceability requirements. RedLine Solutions CEO Todd Baggett, author of “Produce Traceability For Dummies,” will lead the webinar.

“In the last year we have seen a significant turn of events. Commodities such as apples, peaches, plums, nectarines and citrus that have not been associated with foodborne illnesses have been hit hard triggering food safety recalls,” said Baggett. “Our goal is to help businesses gain deeper knowledge of the produce traceability movement in an easy-to-understand and accessible format.”

Webinar attendees will learn:

• What is traceability and why is it important;

• How regulations and retailers are driving change in the market;

The new produce traceability model; and

Benefits of automating traceability systems.

Registration can be completed here. Space is limited.
